The Clearing of our waterways along the Cabicungan River

We have started the Clearing of our waterways along the Cabicungan River using the Amphibian Backhoe we requested personally to DPWH Secretary Hon. Manuel M. Bonoan. For the past typhoons the Cabicungan River has been one of the source of flooding in our town. So we dispatched our Backhoe and asked for additional help to DPWH in the clearing of the Cabicungan River.
