But due to their merging, there is a big possibility that effects may be felt early Monday. BDRRMCs are strongly advised to be activated and must conduct preparedness actions for the upcoming TYPHOON. It may bring strong winds,heavy rains and even stormsurge so please advise your constituents to check their houses ,low lying areas must be monitored and those residing near mountain slopes and even those near coastal areas to conduct pre-emptive evacuation as early as possible and put them to your designated evacuation centers. You are the ones that could immediately observe your respective areas so take precautionary measures and keep safe everyone.
