Opening Program of the 2023 GSP Provincial Camp

This was the highlight of the message of Hon. Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo during the Opening Program of the 2023 GSP Provincial Camp attended by approximately 4,000 students and teachers all over the Province of Cagayan.
