Memorandum Circular No. 90 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines declaring the last week of September of every year as Family Week-allowing government workers and their families to celebrate in their respective homes the “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day” thus, Government Offices in the Executive Branch shall be suspended from 3:30 in the afternoon onwards today, Monday, September 27,2021.
