Our municipality Claveria will conduct BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY on MARCH 18-19,2021 (7:00am-2:00pm) at Claveria Central School Gymnasium-Centro 1 Claveria,Cagayan.
Once again share your love by sharing your blood and let us save lives.
As a show of gratitude, each donor can receive a simple gift of love from our municipality.

*a few reminders when donating blood
1. wear mask/ face shield
2. wash hands/ sanitize hands
3. observe physical distancing
4. self defer when u have respiratory symptoms ( cough,colds,sore throat)
5. observe cough and sneeze etiquette
6. limit stay in the venue after successful blood donation as a safety measure
7. follow the designated signs
REQUIREMENTS:
18-55years old
At least 50 kilos
Blood pressure :90/60- 140/90
Hemoglobin: male 13.5g/d Female 12.5g/d
NO alcohol intake 24 hours prior to Blood donation
At least 6hours of sleep
No cough and colds
No Dog bite within 1 year
No menstruation (female)
