Emergency Meeting to COVID-19

An emergency meeting was organized today, March 13,2020 by the Honorable Mayor Celia T. Layus, MD to discuss updates and preventive measures to properly address the COVID-19. Among the attendees to the said meeting were the MLGOO, Mr. Victor T. Santos, 41 Punong Barangays, National Agencies(PNP,BFP, COASTGUARD AND MARITIME GROUP), Department of Health, Representatives of the Barangay Health Workers, Day Care Association and Barangay Nutrition Scholars, Secondary and Elementary Schools, Members of the Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID-19, LGU Department Heads and the Sangguniang Bayan Office.

With the emergence of COVID-19, the LGU together with DOH team takes immediate precautionary measures to avoid, correct and remove the occurence of this pandemic disease in our community.
