Beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers Program (TUPAD) from Centro 5 are assisted by Bureau of Fire and Protection personnel in clean-up efforts.
