Courtesy visit to Hon. Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources headed by its very active Regional Director, Dir. Angel B. Encarnacion paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo and discussed the joint effort of both organizations to implement and strengthen initiatives of coastal communities on sustainable management practices as well as solidify community engagement for fisheries towards a well-managed fisheries and aquatic resources.
