153rd Founding Anniversary on March 9, 2018

The Local Government Unit of Claveria through its Municipal Council of Culture & the Arts and its Municipal Tourism Council will celebrate its 154th founding Anniversary on March 9, 2018 at the Academy of St. Joseph with Hon. Arthur P. Tugade, the Secretary of Transportation as Guest Speaker.

The celebration will be participated by all government official, employees, 41 barangays, NGO’s and CSO’s. It will be highlighted with the launching of the “Tawid Festival” where repertoire of cultural dances & folk dance will be performed. The “La Jota Claveria”, proposed to be the official dance of Claveria will be presented & will be performed by its authors.

Municipal Tourism Council will also lead in the inauguration of the Claveria Viewdeck at Brgy. D’ Leaño, the launching of Bike Fest at the Claveria Boulevard in the afternoon of the same day.
